We reflect on each use of water, waste<\/strong> that we generate and the long-term impacts of our facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We always try to<\/strong> reduce our footprint on ecosystems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

We have solar panels to produce 100% of our electrical energy. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every year we plant more fruit trees and plants, native and medicinal species, and garden vegetables.<\/strong> to keep our forest alive and for the consumption of our visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preservation of the Tropical Dry Forest <\/strong>that welcomes us allows us spot numerous wild animals (hummingbirds, anteaters, raccoons, foxes, woodpeckers...). <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

Our restaurant offers homemade meals like \u201cMenus<\/a> Del D\u00eda\u201d, made with natural and fresh ingredients (Reservation Required)<\/a>.<\/strong> Our cooks mix traditional coastal and creation-fusion recipes, including vegetarian and vegan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each meal is accompanied by natural juice and we offer a FREE \u201cWater Refill\u201d service<\/strong>, to limit the consumption of single-use plastic and soda bottles.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

To support our peasant neighbors and ensure fresh and high nutritional quality meals. We buy as much of the restaurant's ingredients as possible from local suppliers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Biodiversity of Rinc\u00f3n is surprising and deserves to be known and protected<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
